Nivel System CLx3B MOTOR is a multi-purpose 3D cross laser

Perfectly levelled reference lines (horizontal and vertical, each in the range of 360°), are projected on surfaces by the laser heads to support variety of construction and finishing works. The simultaneous projection of the two planes enables to determine right angles. This option is particularly useful for construction and tiling applications While the compensator locked the unit can also be tilted, thus work in slant planes. The built-in 1/4″ thread enables steady fastening the equipment to a tripod, adapter or laser shelf. The rubber protectors at the corners of the device body prevent from abrasion, shock or impact as well as provide a better grip. The laser is equipped with a motorized centering adapter, which maintains the intersection of the vertical planes in the same place during rotation (left-right), and a motorized elevator, which allows for mechanical adjustment of both the direction and level of the laser beams. Control can be performed both from the instrument itself and remotely via a mobile app. The laser is also designed to work with an automatic laser beam search and alignment function, which is achieved in conjunction with a dedicated laser sensor.

Easy and quick measurement

The laser self-levels upon power-up and is immediately ready for use. The emitted blue laser beam is many times more visible than the red beam and slightly thinner than the green beam (in addition, the blue light is clearer, which improves work comfort in small spaces and working with polished tiles – the laser does not cause eye strain). Users can even work in sunny rooms.

Versatility

The laser allows to work with horizontal and vertical beams. The planes can be displayed separately or combined.

Comfortable operation

Instrument has an intuitive control panel. Function management, including the precise adjustment of the beam, is performed quickly and efficiently. The laser is powered by a lithium battery and is embodied in the compact housing which makes the laser handy, easy to install on site and carry. The laser functions can now be managed from mobile phones via Bluetooth by a dedicated app.

Comfortable use

The instrument has an intuitive control panel. The motorized laser lift allows for quick and precise adjustment of the laser line horizontally (up and down), even remotely via a mobile app. The instrument’s mechanical rotation system (left and right) allows for precise adjustment of the displayed laser line direction, even remotely via a mobile app. The system is compatible with the sensor search function, meaning the laser beam automatically aligns with the laser sensor’s central point (requires the Nivel System CLS-310 sensor). Thanks to the Bluetooth module, the user can control the laser functions using mobile devices. The whole thing is complemented by a compact housing, thanks to which the laser is handy, easy to install on the construction site and easy to transport.

Motorized centering adapter 

The instrument features a motorized adapter that allows for precise adjustment of the vertical line direction. The laser is positioned so that the intersection of the vertical planes coincides with the point from which the desired line is to be drawn. The adapter allows for precise alignment of the line in the intended direction within a range of ±5°, and left and right rotation does not change the starting point (the intersection of the vertical lines).

BLUE LASER BEAM vs. GREEN

The blue laser beam is similar in color to the green beam – this is due to slight differences in wavelength (blue is 505 nm, green is 515 nm) – ensuring comparable visibility.

The blue beam also has very well-defined edges – it is slightly thinner than the green beam. The beam is clearer and not overexposed, which directly impacts work comfort. Blue lasers (505 nm) are recommended for all work requiring high precision.
