It is a quite complicated and time-consuming process requiring specialized equipment (the Octopus Prime 3D collimator), as well as the experience and knowledge of our specialists. The 3D calibration service is included in our service offer. It is a paid service. However, bearing in mind the comfort of the Nivel System customers, our service department will perform the calibration within 3 months of the purchases of the new equipment free of charge and finding all the faulty measurements.
